Take advantage of technology and purchase a heart-rate monitor to hold yourself accountable and better understand your body’s performance. This small group, trainer-led workout redefines what it’s like to work out with a personal trainer.

COVID-19 Updates

At Momentum, your fitness and health are our top priorities. We’re working hard to give our members the workout experience you just can’t replicate at home, while feeling as safe and clean as if you were at home. We’re continually adjusting our club to make the best use of our space, accommodating social distancing, regularly sanitizing equipment, and more. Face coverings are always required by our staff and trainers, and members must remain at least six feet apart while exercising. We’re always open to suggestions of what will make you comfortable to get back in the gym with us. Your immune system and mental health will thank you, so help us help you!
